1. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Client Data​

• The completed 'Client Intake Form’ is retained in hard copy in a secure locked filing cabinet and is used by Pathfinder Holistic Healing to ensure the appropriate and best client care.

 

• Further agreements & Confidentiality Statements, signed by you the client, are also retained in a hard copy alongside client information in a secure locked filing cabinet.

• Personal information will not be shared with any other persons or organisations.  ​

• Client contact details (name, address, phone number and email address) are also stored electronically on our secure database, which is only accessible via password by myself, the owner of Pathfinder Holistic Healing.

• Stored contact details will be used for the following:

1. To confirm / arrange future bookings via email/text/messenger

2. To send Invoices via email

3. To update clients on courses, workshops, special offers if they have opted to receive the Pathfinder Holistic Healing newsletter.

• Clients can choose to receive email newsletters and updates from Pathfinder Holistic Healing. Consent is given on the Client Intake Form or by email.

• Clients choosing not to receive the newsletter will not be contacted other than to confirm appointments, send invoices, answer enquiries or queries.

• Clients have the right to opt out of receiving the newsletter at any time.​​

 

• Your personal information will not be shared with any other persons or organisations.

• Counselling and healing sessions are confidential and the welfare and safeguarding of clients is a priority. The information shared with us is treated sensitively and is kept private and confidential.

• However, to keep the client safe, in exceptional circumstances, if it is felt there is significant risk to the client or to the welfare of a child or another vulnerable adult, we may have to share information, as agreed in the signed Confidentiality Statement. In these circumstances we will always try and discuss this with the client first and treat it with the utmost sensitivity for the safety of all concerned.

• Clients' records shall be kept for at least 7 years following the last occasion on which treatment was given.  In the case of treatment to minors, records are kept for at least 7 years after they reach the age of majority (18).

Accessing your own Data

You have the right to ask for a copy of any of your personal Data held by Pathfinder Holistic Healing (where such Data is held).

Pathfinder Holistic Healing reserves the right to change this privacy policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law.
